To Enter: There are 2 ways to enter the Sweepstakes during the Entry Period. 1) Automatic Entry: One entry into the drawing automatically occurs upon A) scanning the QR code on the postcard sent with your order, and B) completing a detailed Review of your LCC product during the Entry Period, provided that such review complies with the Review Guidelines. Participant must complete all required fields and submit the final review for an entry to be valid. One entry will be made on behalf of the individual or in the name of the legal entity indicated during the review submission process. The validity of an entry is not dependent on the favorability or detail of feedback provided. 2) To Enter without Purchase: Send a written request including name, mailing address, phone number, email, and the name of the Sweepstakes to: PO Box 455, Berlin, Ohio 44610. Mail-in entries must be sent in a postmarked, stamped envelope that is postmarked by the last day of the Entry Period and must be received by the third business day following that date in order to be eligible.
Entrants may enter only by using one of the entry methods described in these rules. There is a limit of one entry per person or business or other entity. Entries become the property of LCC and will not be acknowledged or returned. All entries are subject to verification of eligibility before a prize can be awarded, including proof of United States residency, age, and all other eligibility criteria. Entrants, by entering, consent to LCC’s use of Yotpo and Bazaarvoice to moderate all submitted reviews.
Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 48 continental United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of December 10, 2024. Void outside the United States, in Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, and where prohibited by law. The coupons will apply only to products within the Wildridge brand. Employees, directors, and officers, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside), and their respective household members, whether or not related, of LCC and affiliated companies are not eligible to enter. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and restrictions. By entering, entrants certify that they have complied with these Official Sweepstakes Rules and Regulations and are eligible to win. Any entry that does not meet the eligibility requirements listed in these Rules and Regulations is automatically void.
Review Guidelines: The following will cause a Review to be void, in LCC and/or Yotpo and/or Bazaarvoice’s sole discretion and without acknowledgement to the entrant: (i) obscene, abusive, offensive, illegible, or irrelevant Reviews; (ii) Reviews featuring the opinions of anyone other than the author of the Review, unless the author provides LCC with such other persons’ express written consent; (iii) Reviews alluding to the name, logo, or product of another company or person so as to imply an affiliation with, or endorsement of, LCC, its products, or this Sweepstakes; (iv) Reviews previously published, released, or distributed in any form, or infringing upon any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other personal or proprietary rights of any person or entity; (v) Reviews containing any personal identification, such as personal names, email addresses or street addresses, without LCC’s express written permission; (vi) Reviews violating any law; and (vii) Reviews otherwise violating these Official Sweepstakes Rules and Regulations.
Entrant’s Representations: Each person who enters this Sweepstakes represents and warrants as follows: (i) entrant owns, or has obtained any and all necessary rights and permissions required to submit, the Review and grants LCC the rights to use and display the Review as set forth above; (ii) the Review has not been previously published, distributed or otherwise exploited, except as provided by these Official Rules; (iii) the Review is wholly original and, as of the date of submission, the Review is not the subject of any actual or threatened litigation or claim; (iv) the Review does not and will not violate or infringe upon the intellectual property rights or other rights of any other person or entity; and (v) the Review does not and will not violate any applicable laws and is not defamatory or libelous. Each entrant hereby agrees to indemnify and hold LCC and any predecessors, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors harmless from and against any and all third-party claims, actions or proceedings of any kind and from any and all damages, liabilities, costs and expenses relating to or arising out of any breach or alleged breach of any of the warranties, representations or agreements of entrant hereunder.
Entry Period: The Entry Period begins at 12:01am EST on 2/10/24 and ends at 11:59pm EST on 3/10/25.
Drawings, Determination, & Notification of Potential Winners: The drawing will take place within 10 business days of the End Date. Potential winners will be selected at random from all valid entries. The decision of LCC is final. Participants need not be present for a chance to win. LCC will notify potential winners by email within 15 business days of the drawing. The email will contain a code which will enable winner to access and use the $500 coupon, which will expire 3 months after the email is sent. If the entrant does not use the coupon before expiration, the entrant forfeits the prize, which will then terminate. A replacement winner will not be chosen, unless LCC decides otherwise in its sole discretion.
Odds: Actual odds of winning a prize will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
Prizes: A $500 Wildridge Coupon, redeemable only online at wildridge.com and only for Wildridge products (retail value $500) will be awarded to the first eligible entrant drawn. Only 1 prize will be awarded for this Entry Period. Prize will be awarded only if the potential prize winner fully complies with these Official Sweepstakes Rules and Regulations. If the selected winner fails to comply with these Official Sweepstakes Rules and Regulations, LCC reserves the right to retain the prize and dispose of it as LCC sees fit, including by selecting another winner to receive the prize.
Prize Pick-Up & Unclaimed Prizes: All prizes will be emailed to winners within ten (10) business days of the drawing. LCC retains the right to require any form of identification to claim all prizes. Unless other arrangements are made, any prizes for which an email is not provided during the specified period will not be awarded and will be retained by LCC for further disposition as it sees fit. If by reason of printing or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number of prizes set forth in these Official Sweepstakes Rules and Regulations, a random drawing will be held to award the advertised number of prizes. Under no circumstances will more than the advertised number of prizes be awarded. Participants are prohibited from assigning, substituting, or transferring their interest in an entry or a prize won through a winning entry.
Prize Restrictions & Expense: All prizes are awarded on an as-is, where-is basis, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). Except as otherwise described in the “Prizes” paragraph above, no substitutions for prizes or items redeemed by prizes are permitted except when an item is no longer available from the manufacturer or vendor. In such cases, LCC reserves the right to substitute an item with an equivalent retail value. Notwithstanding the foregoing, LCC reserves the right to substitute any prize or item redeemed by a prize with another prize of equal or greater value. Any expenses related to the acceptance or use of a prize or item redeemed by a prize are the sole responsibility of the recipient. This includes but is not limited to all federal, state, and local taxes (if applicable) and to any expenses associated with pick-up/delivery, ownership, and use of the prize and item(s) redeemed by the prize.
Identity of Entrant: In the event of a dispute about the identity of the entrant, LCC may declare an entry to have been made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address provided with the entry. An authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. The potential winner may be required to provide LCC with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry.
Entrant’s Personal Information: Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Sweepstakes by any means constitutes permission. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you also acknowledge and agree that if you are a prize winner, then as required by applicable law, your personal information (including, without limitation, your review, legal name, contact information, address, and prize description) may be shared with regulators, LCC’s website, LCC’s social media, LCC’s other social channels, LCC’s syndicates, and any retail chains. Except where prohibited by law and subject to LCC’s privacy policy, entry into the Sweepstakes constitutes permission to use entrant’s review, name, city and state of residence, likeness, and prize information, without limitation, for LCC’s promotional purposes without further permission or compensation. Without limiting the foregoing, entrant understands and agrees that LCC may use (and may allow third parties to use) the entrant’s photo and review on websites, social media pages, advertisements, and other promotional materials. Entrant’s grant of the foregoing permission is perpetual and may not be revoked by entrant. LCC reserves the right to require potential winners to confirm such permission in writing and execute and deliver such other documentation as required by LCC, which documentation may include, but is not limited to, a written affidavit of eligibility, acceptance of these Official Sweepstakes Rules and Regulations, a release of liability, a photo/video consent and publicity release, as well as relevant tax forms (collectively “Release Forms”). By submitting an entry, a participant gives LCC permission to contact that participant via telephone, SMS/ text message, fax, email or mail at the address(es) or number(s) provided, despite any inclusion of that participant’s name on a do not call/do not contact registry or list. LCC is not responsible for the collection, storage, or use of your entry information by third parties, except as otherwise provided by law.
List of Winners: Anyone interested in receiving a list of the Sweepstake’s winners can send a written request by mail to PO Box 455, Berlin, Ohio 44610, at least sixty (60) days after the final day of the Entry Period. Requests must be sent in a stamped envelope and include the requester’s name, mailing address, phone number, email, and the name of the Sweepstakes.
Additional Terms: By participating, entrants agree: a) to abide by the Official Sweepstakes Rules and Regulations, which shall be final in all respects; and b) to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless LCC, and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents (“Released Parties”) from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of their participation in the Sweepstakes and the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize, including without limitation claims related to (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, postage-received or sent mail or email; (ii) telephone, electronic, server, hardware or software program, network, internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (iii) failed, incomplete, or delayed computer transmissions; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Released Parties that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes, (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes; and (vii) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of Yotpo and/or Bazaarvoice’s moderation of the submitted review. The Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Participant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, and indirect damages. This Sweepstakes is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that a participant is using the Sweepstakes for gambling purposes, they will be disqualified and reported to authorities. LCC has the exclusive power to interpret these Official Sweepstakes Rules and Regulations, and LCC’s decisions regarding any and all matters related to the Sweepstakes are final and binding. Any provision of these Official Sweepstakes Rules and Regulations deemed unenforceable will be enforced to the extent permissible, and the remainder of these Official Sweepstakes Rules and Regulations will remain in effect.
Limitation of Liability: LCC is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any related materials, or for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or postage-due mail or entries. LCC reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the drawing as determined by LCC in its sole discretion. Any delay or failure of LCC to perform its obligations under these Official Sweepstakes Rules and Regulations, including, without limitation, with respect to fulfillment of the prize or any part thereof, shall be excused to the extent that such delay or failure is caused by an event or occurrence beyond LCC’s reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, actions by governmental authorities, fires, floods, storms, earthquakes, inclement weather, pandemic, natural disasters, riots, wars, terrorism, or labor disputes.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: The validity, interpretation, and performance of the Sweepstakes and these Official Sweepstakes Rules and Regulations shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Ohio, without giving effect to conflicts of law principles that would result in the application of the substantive laws of another jurisdiction. All claims, controversies, or disputes arising out of or related to the Sweepstakes or these Official Sweepstakes Rules and Regulations shall be brought exclusively in a state court of competent jurisdiction in Holmes County, Ohio, and/or in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. By submitting an entry to the Sweepstakes, the participant irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the jurisdiction and venue of any such court and irrevocably waives, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any objection to the venue or defenses of an inconvenient forum.
