We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the kit is unused, unassembled, and still in its original condition on the pallet. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and a 15% restocking fee applies. Items that require two-person delivery are not eligible for return due to their size. All returns must be pre-approved by our team.
