Panelized means the walls are in prefabbed sections, everything else is precut and labeled for you. NO EXTRA CUTTING. with these kits.  The customer provides the paint. An exceptional manual will also be included. Lots of safety glass windows with screens and transom windows, Colonial dutch door, Colonial louvers, Corrugated polycarbonate roofing, Interior shelves.

DIY Floor Kit includes: 4 in. x 4 in. Pressure Treated Runners, 5/8 in. Plywood Flooring, 2 ft. x 4 ft. Floor Joists-16″ o.c.
